If you are asking any cast members for passes from them, well you can forget it~~ we get terminated for that!
Go to timeshare talks in Orlando, most of them give out tickets.

Buy them direct from Disney. You aren't going to get ANY deals. And if you try those stands in LB/Orlando that promise half-price tickets you might be getting scammed. I have heard stories.
