PSP is the scaled down version of the PS3.. its the same thing as a NINTENDO GameBoy ADV is to a Nintendo Wii
PSP is just a hand-held machine (PlayStation PORTABLE) and is in no way a match for a PC or PS3! (maybe u can compare its price with a nintendo wii and even get one for the same price)
a pc or a ps3 offer much better sound quality, graphics and gaming power than a psp

Strange question... psp is portable, it's usually used outside, ps3 is the topest today console to be used at home, but it is very expensive, and there are not many games issued. PC is PC, computer for everything, but it's better to play games with XBOX360.
