I would write to the bank asking for a full breakdown of their charges and for them to explain how they can justify charges on charges. These charges are not legal, they are a fine, not the true cost of bouncing a cheque.Make it known that you will claim through the small claims court. In the meantime find another bank, because in their spite, they will close your account.

To be fair, its not just Lloyds who do that now. All banks are the same. They all try to fleece their customers.
Someone goes £10 overdrawn, so they send them a letter telling them and charge £25 for the letter.
Stamps, paper and envelopes are obviously extremely expensive from their stationery supplier.

complain, but complain in a nice but firm way. Write a letter and speak to someone directly. A lot of the time they sort it and waive the charges.

They are known as the kiddy bank. You tend to use them until you know better. They will charge you vast sums, if you allow them. Change banks.

My bank (Halifax) charges £37 for any unauthorised overdraft - be it 1p or £100.
ALL banks are rip off merchants these days.
