open tool menue, go to internet options, and insert your home page

Go the the page you want to be your new home page.
Click on Tools, Internet options.
See home page at top of box...click USE CURRENT- then click OKAY at bottom of box.
that will set your new home page to that particular page.

in you web browser click the Tools menu, Internet options, Main tab, and there sould be a space to enter the website you want as your home page

The website you want may have the option to make them your homepage on the top of their page.If so click it.If not,go to your internet options tab.It will show your current home page.Just back space the old one out,and punch in the new one and hit apply and ok.

It depends on which browser you use. If you use Firefox just go Tools-Options-General and change it. I think it's similar for IE.
