They are endangering their lives in a battle that can not be won.Shouldn't we just negotiate with the law breakers ?If we could just set down and talk to them could we work it out?Let the citizens that live in bad neighborhoods handle it themselves.

You're right! What gives them the right to stick their noses into others' businesses? The only reason there is violence in the streets is because of the cops' presence. The police presence has created the rise of insurgents.

Isn't it obvious that there would be no violence or crime if there were no police?

Thats already happening, there are a lot of areas that police will not go too,
thats in every large city.
What are you going to do, let an 70 yr old woman handle thugs herself, as her community crumbled around her thru the yrs.get real, some folks just lived a padded life.

Looks like a lot of people missed your point.

Perhaps if you had mentioned that it is the police presence that breeds criminals and had the name of the person who sent them there to vilify, they might understand your analogy.
