It's a medical show, which is always full of drama and it is a well-crafted nighttime soap opera (don't fool yourself; the situations are very soap opera-ish) with some good-looking people

One Tree Hill is quite different this season. They lost two of the main characters from last season. They have brought on some new characters to create some drama. I keep watching because the one (Brooke Davis) is my favorite character on the show. I tuned in to see what was going to happen with her this season. Her love interest from last season is now a regular on the show. I watch it every week, but I guess it's because I got sucked into it. Not sure if it will be renewed for season 8 or not. I don't know if that is determined until this spring. It's different now that the two main characters have left. I used to make sure I watched Grey's Anatomy. Now if I see it I do and if I don't no big deal. I did tune in to see what happened with Izzy at the beginning of this season. I don't make a point to make sure I see it every week. I've been watching Brothers and Sisters. It is on Sunday nights. I have grown to like that show. I'm not sure which season they are in right now. It has Sally Fields, Calista Flockhart (spell ?), Rob Lowe.

Because the American People have no sense of Taste.
I have found that show to be tiresome. I don't care for the characters, the plots seem forced, and the medical "emergencies" look like plot ideas from ER's cutting room floor.

the drama, the comedy, the romance, the fact that they are all doctors. I am in the med field and I have rotated with medical students, resident doctors and doctors and I have seen (and unfortunately experienced) similar romance and drama in it.. all the characters are so different and they bring it to the show.

It has a great plot, good actors, and people just love that in a show. Esp the drama.

NO CLUE...I have tried watching it a couple of times...I don't get it.
But then again I don't get Scrubs, The O.C., Heroes or How I met your Mother....
So..I'm probaly not the best person to ask!!!!

I don't know u tell me i don't like that show but some of my friends are like huge fans. It to full of drama for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
