Is it normal to just have breakthrough bleeding during the first month on the pill and not the next month?

Yes that is normal. If it happens month after month you might want to change pills, find one that you don't have the breakthrough bleeding with.

First talk to your doctor. I never had much luck with ortho tricyclen lo. I always had that problem. Soon as I changed, everything was good. I have been on the other for over a year with no problems.

yes, it's very normal! For some girls it can occur for many months at a time. Your body has to get used to the hormones :)

it could happen for months. i still have it on month 4 but decreasing. just say that the pill is agreeing with you
