I definitely wouldn't wear the same pad all afternoon and night, that is very unhygenic and I wouldn't say it would be the most comfortable thing, either! I agree with the idea to wear a tampon (if it's very heavy flow, use Super) with a pad as well, but make sure you change both of them! You should NEVER keep a tampon in for more than eight hours, but you should always change a pad too, should never let it sit.

Wear a super plus tampon and a pad or pantiliner for backup. (you shouldn't leave the tampon in for more than 8 hours, though) Is there not a bathroom where you are going? If you are drinking heavily, you will definitely be going to the bathroom a lot...why not just change things on one of those trips?

You could try that, but I would bring extra pads and cleaning and changing pads as needed. Is there a reason you cannot do that? Wearing the same pad for all afternoon and night won't be very comfortable!

Um, start wearing tampons... I don't understand you girls who still wear pads. How hygienic can that be? Tampons provide way better care and protection. Even if you're a virgin, they make different varieties for a comfortable fit.

Good Lord I can't even believe you would ask such a stupid question. Can you not control yourself after a drink or two? Are you afraid someone will pull the covers down off you after you pass out. Either be a lady or don't go to the party - among many other choices you can make in your life. "Wo is me - de da dee"
