HI, I am a law graduate 24 years, i have worked at legal liaison and office administrator for the last 2 years and have applied for a job as personal banker, i received an email inviting me to a formal chat and interview on the phone, what to expect? what do personal bankers do, what do I say? help

As a personal banker you need to know the banking system well...so that you can interact with clients and guide them, help them and work for them to ease their operation with the bank.
Your are the liaison between the bank and the customer.

So you need to know some banking, banking related laws, and facilities that a bank usually provides.
