Are they like migraines? Are they severe? If so, you'd probably better go to the doctor.
Unfortunately, headaches can be caused by a myriad of reasons. If you are having them frequently, they are probably caused by something that is persistent, or some activity that you do regularly. Exercise, get enough sleep, eat right, don't drink coffee/booze, and avoid too much stress. What else can you do other than take medication, herbal or otherwise?

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

i think you should first of all get some rest, and if these are due to migraine u shoul drink A LOT of water.. because migraines are caused by the accumulation of toxins and wastes products in the body.. You should also avoid things like coffee and soft drinks and try friut juice instead.. but remember: plenty of water!!!
