The plant on your image is the Asclepias curassavica or Tropical Milkweed growing to be contained in the Neotropics.it really is an evergreen perennial 3-4 ft subshrub,a lot loved by butterflies, bees and wasps. All Milkweeds are poisonous even as ingested. That is Milkweed, also known as a butterfly plant. Wrong type of leaves for lantana. - I am a master gardener of 20+ years. Trust me on this. Also you can find pics on NGA & Floridata.

Looks to be in the Alium or Allium or the Kalanchoe species of plants. Do more research on that or print the photo and take it to a plant shop.

Lots of good guesses, all wrong. It's a lantana, a curious and very pretty annual that blooms, as you can see, in a range of bright colors. Not hard to grow from seed.

Try Google image for lantana to confirm my I.D.

I was not able to find it, however, it does resemble a miniature type of Plumeria.
What more could you tell us about it? Do you have more detailed pictures of the leaves and trunk?
I will keep looking and if I find something, will let you know.
