Siamese twins: can they communicate without talking???

because they are joined together can they read each others thoughts??? like so they could cheat on tests by just learnin half the things each!!!!

if they are joined at the mouth then they might be able to but not telepathically

No, sorry, don't get excited. Even if the twins are joined at the head, they still have separate brains, which means they're two separate people, and can't share ideas.

No, they do not have telepathic communicaton.
