I see a few answers that may not be what you are looking for,,, other than a trip to the Pub,,,smiles.
Without knowing where you are, or your DIY interests or abilities, I offer this.
Here in the States there is sold a tool,,, and extension really, for a garden hose. It's no more than a tube with a radius at one end, and a nozzle, specifically for gutter cleaning. Once attached, with the water turned on, the nozzle end goes to the gutter, you walk along washing the debris. The down side to it will be when it all reaches the downspout, and possibly clogs the opening.
Other things you can do certainly is buy an inexpensive extension ladder that may or may not reach all your gutters,,,especially on a 1 level house. Buy some form of Gutter guards. Hire someone to regularly maintain a free flow. Remove branches that directly overhang roof and gutters.

you need to buy a tall enough ladder.
Cleaning the gutters is a good way of checking the facias and fixings every year. It should't be done from ground level.
You can try metal high tensile wire attached to roddings but it'll be very awkward and you'll get covered. and at the end of the job you'll not know whats still in your gutters.

do you have a window cleaner maybe they will do if for a price alternatively when do get them cleaned put a leaf guard on the guttering and this will prevent it happening again or you could hire a larger ladder for a day and do it yourself but be careful

Maybe you can use a long stick or board with a lose duct taped to it, and a high powered nozzle attached to it. If you get the nozzle into place by using the 10 or so foot stick handle, then have a friend or family member turn the hose on and off to avoid getting wet. Then just spray the leaves out from the down spout end to the other end.

I use a wet/dry vac with extensions on it, I have the same problem but it seems to do the trick. Good Luck.
