more than likely alfred p. newman...those that dislike bush like to use this caricature of him a lot...its immature and silly but there you have it. you'd think they'd move on to more important issues than taking the time to continually poke fun at the president, but i guess since it is an anti-bush, conservative paper the immature and silly behavior explains a lot.
