It doesn't mean anything, and it's nothing to worry about. It's just your imagination running away with you, and when you're asleep it's your subconscious mind sorting out something that is probably completely unrelated to your sister and/or men's bits.

That's funny cos the other day i dreamt that the lady who lives up the road had men's bits! I went into her bedroom early one morning and she was sitting there starkers with her men's bits out and a little elephant 'prince albert' type decoration! Weird or what. Maybe your dream means that you think your sister is masculine in some of her approaches to life. I don't know really!

No ideal, but I also dreamt that my friend had men's bits. She doesn't and neither does your sister, so why is she worried?
