Use bleach, if the shirt is white. After applying the bleach, try to use a brush and gently scrub off the affected area first. And more importantly, clean the soiled shirt right away, (don't let it stand overnight in the clothes basket) because the stain will become very difficult to impossible to remove. Caution: bleach is very corrosive on fingers, so be sure to always wear gloves.

the stains are many times brought about through a blend of deodorant and sweat/body oils. purely bleaching many times received't do the trick -- attempt Oxy sparkling ... a million. turn shirts interior out and moist in the sink 2. leaving damp, sprinkle dry Oxy sparkling onto stains 3. enable sit down for no less than 2 hours 4. rinse, repeat if needed (nonetheless seen stains) 5. wash in customary cycle to eliminate extra cleanser this works for white shirts and all different *organic* stains. sturdy success!

Not worth all the effort - buy new
Change your deodourant - that's what causes the stains, not your sweat alone. Powder sprays are usually the worse culprits.

You may want to try oxyclean, I have used it from time to time and find it to really brighten my whites.
