Try YouTube, which is only for viewing. You can try to hack the video stream to see if you can convert that to video file and save on your computer. There are probably software packages out there that allows you to do that.

Ok thats very hard, you should just rent the dvd and copy them on your computer. But if you don't want to do that the only site I know of were you can down load Samurai 7(sorry with sub. it not raw) is www.animextremist.com or a direct link http://anxworld.net/foros/viewtopic.php?t=4560 , but sorry there in spanish sub.
