Not sure what you mean by "premiership" football but two live TV internet sources for television are Sopcast and TVU. Google 'em

You can't mate otherwise we would all be doing it, luckily my mate works for ntl and we got a chipped ntl box in our house been watching all the channels for free for the last year and a half.
