You tell her exactly what you said in your last sentence, that you are not giving her anymore, stand on her own 2 feet and stop putting herself in these financial binds...everybody needs to be responsible for THEMSELF. If it was a one time thing AND you were paid back, that would be a different story, you want to help when you can. That is not what this is about, this is turning into a habit.
