I have no doubt that he is mentally incompetent. I often wonder if he is off the wagon and drinking again and there seems to be a great deal of anger in him.
25 years from now some psychiatrist will come forward and tell us the whole story in his/her NY Times best seller. And I'm one of those people who actually thought he was the better choice over Al Gore. Eessccchhh....
Can we pass a law that all public officials must be tested for mental stability?

No, he clearly isn't. He's a weak leader who has little sense of his environment. He seems confused about where he is, let alone what he is supposed to be doing there!
