How the international order has been changed comparing with the one in the post Cold War era to the post 9/11 and the war on Iraq?? bipolar to multipolar? or..??? and what is it going to be in the future..??

Here's a prediction for you; sometime in the next half century Canada is going to become the new US. It has abundant resources, reasonable laws and a Government that seems much more willing to bend to the will of its people. As an American this is very distressing. However, if we keep following the will of the minority, conservative, religious right and not the majority, both w/ are laws and elected officials I fear we will be a nation that is unrecognizable from post WWII America. Lets hope not, because the US is still a great country and a great place to live. I feel very fortunate to have been born/live here. I just feel like we need to elect people who are willing to make some changes to the policies and direction we seem to be heading. This is just my opinion, and not meant to offend anyone. So I hope it will be taken that way.

Its just a different type of bipolar now. Before it was communism versus democracy. Now it seems like it is radical Islam versus everyone else. I think the world will always need someone to hate. It unifies people in fear.
