It's your hormones momma. It's hard, and can be very fustrating. I'm not sure there's much you can do, other than trying to relax. Dont let yourself get stressed over little stuff. Think about the precious baby growing inside you, and how wonderful its going to be once the baby is born. Before you start freaking out about whatever may be bothering you, ask yourself if its really that big of a deal to make you so upset. Usually its not. As for the clothes keep looking, even something thats not maternity will fit you if you look and try em' on. Try some nice pants with elastic waist, a few sizes bigger than you wear and so on. Good luck , take care and remember dont worry about petty things there's greater things in the works for you to think about.

Being pregant is really hard work, and no one is ever really prepared for the effect the first time round. Your body is going through massive changes, it's working really hard to give the baby everything it needs, so no wonder you're feeling 'off'.

I had a dreadful pregnancy, and I wish now I had spoken to more mums so I knew that it was OK to feel confused, fed up and just plain sick of the whole thing.

My advice? Take the best care of yourself that you can, eat well, take the folic acid, stay off the booze. As for clothes, why not contact a regular shop that sells clothes for tall people and see what they advice for pregancy clothes.

I'm sorry , hope you get over the blues . My cousin said she got a lot of her close from a 2nd hand baby store and good will . She couldn't remember but thought she got some from the gap and some outlet maternity shop in a mall . I don't know if this helps , but I hope so . Wish ya the best .

short brakes away from your baby if you can arrange it. I had some sort of the baby blues with my first baby and little brakes away from her hepled heaps. Just go down to the shop to get something that you needed, or just going for a short walk when someone is looking after your baby. But make sure that you trust the person that has your baby because while you are taking your time out all you will think about if your baby and that is not good when trying to take time out.

Ask your dr for some meds. If this a new thing for you, it could just be the hormones.

You might want to try the internet! At least stories like Gap or Old Navy. Then you can return them a least.

Talk to your dr!

i'm a therapist and i highly recommend that you talk to a dr. that is CARING and ideally, you should find a psychiatrist or psychologist that specializes in women's health. it could be hormonal, but it could be the start of depression, which would not be uncommon because you are going through a major life change. good luck, there is great care available, and my advice is to seek help NOW so it doesn't get worse. take care of yourself!!!

Post-partum depression is hormonal and potentially very serious. You need to talk to a Rx about medication. This is not something you can just 'snap out of' - it's brain chemistry, and having a baby does all sorts of funkiness to it.

Talk to a pro, don't try to tough this one out.
