Need to check in once a day to the BBC for sure, and I always check the stock markets three times a day for a different sort of news
I spend loads of time in the states (probly not nearly as much as you, granted), and must say that your news stations don't really tell the news...it seems to be always government agenda news!
I am amazed that the BBC often tells us allot more about what is going on in America that your news stations tell you for some reason - hence me thinking that your news is somehow approved by someone before release...

Yes I have to watch the news daily. When I am home along I keep it on. I watch about 3 hours of day. I like to know what is going on.

I dont think I have missed something at all , cos as it is whenever i watch or read the news I am very selective about what i watch..............so I know that i am just reading between the lines.....but i dont have a feeling that i have missed out on anything. As it is everything is so depressing .......why get depressed further ....huh ??

Not that I don't care, but I never watch the news if I can help it. I hate bad news and that is all they ever report. When there is something terrible you hear about it anyway. I hope that there is so much more to life, than war, death and destruction.

yeah I do, but I don't watch the local news, I watch world news because local is too depressing
