Maybe replacing negative self-talk with positive. I've also heard that writing affirmations down and doing something 21 times is very effective, and entrenches new neural pathways.

Programming to do what ? Think of a promblem you have before you sleep & the subconscious mind would solve it.
Read , think a lot, don't waste time , be displicined & so would be your mind.

Trying to be concious about what you think all the time. Push out the negative and make room for the positive. Meditation will help achieve patience, which will make change easier.

Go to a hypnotherapist. That works for some people but not all. Try your luck. If it works for you then you haven't wasted a cent. If it doesn't then let that be a lesson for you.
