I have upper lip hair, its blonde. I hate it! I dont want to wax or pluck, what should I do?

Other than waxing and plucking the only other things you can do is use facial hair removing cream.

Don't wax, your skin will sag in the future and the hair will grow back sooner or later. Don't shave!!! hair will grow back twice as thick and will be very visible. the best solution would be to get a hair removal laser therapy done.
Its painless, without any irritation no redness no swelling.. it works perfectly. and is PERMANENT. depending on your hair growth it might vary from 2-4 settings of laser. contact a good skin specialist and take his advice . you wont get embarrassed when you step out of the house again. good luck.

DONT shave it! please dont!! trust me.. i have seen women with shaved upper lips and they look like men with moustaches! I myself have upper lip hair and i get it threaded at the salon. It hurt my a lil the first 2 times but now its okay! i go once in 15 days so its not really a problem! I would advice you to do the same. whatever you do.. dont shave it.

Oh, welcome to the club! I tried wax and over the counter hair remover and all it did was blister my skin. I finally bought a shaving wand at CVS pharmacy for ten dollars and use that. I shave the hair about every four days but there is no irritation or hurt involved and no redness.

Well, I guess just live with it if you don't want to wax or pluck.
If you shave it, you'll have blonde scratchy stubble. Eww.
You can try a depilatory, but you have to be SO careful---they often burn the sensitive area.

the best solution is to leave it. you probably notice it more than anyone else does.
