i have several free sim cards from o2 just log on their web site and they can send you up to 4 sims for free!
if you went to the shops to buy them they normally cost anything between £5 and £15 depending on the network.
Hope you get yours.

If you look on the o2 website, you can sometimes find them for free. You simply supply your name, address, etc via a form and they send them free of charge. There are also plenty of shops that sell them really cheaply now as well.

O2 should be able to sort it for you, in the meantime do answer the phone when she calls and do not reply to any texts etc.

Not rocket science.

Should be free - if it isn't just tell them you'll take you busniess elsewhere and it will suddenly become free! If it doesn't then cancel the contract and go with another company!
