She is your mother and so enjoys certain privileges. You literally owe her and your Father your life. On the other hand if you ask in a calm civil manner why she calls you Bobby when you have asked her not too. Listen to her answer do not discuss it or argue , respect it.
If you have sufficient self control I know a means to get results every time but it is incredibly tough. When she calls you Bobby simply do not respond in any manner, no expression no smart or witty comment, nothing.
Note this will be turned against you at some point, the name bobby will be used to offer something you want or need any response will mean that the fight is over and you lost. If you decide to use this method be prepared to pay the price.

You are her baby boy that's why! And why should it bother you that she calls you Bobby? Do you know how many people in the world WISH they had a loving mother? So count your blessings that you have a mommy who loves you! AND BY THE WAY, I think BOBBY is simply adorable!
