An academic study a few years ago tracked individuals who were admitted to Harvard. It found that they were more successful, on average, than those who were not admitted.

The interesting thing about the article is that those who were admitted but went elsewhere were just as successful as those who were admitted and attended. This would indicate that the answer to your question is "Yes."

No. Getting admission does not mean you'll get A's. Remember that although some colleges are easier than the AP or IB classes you took in high school, Ivy Leagues and other top notch colleges are notable exceptions.

And after you graduate, you need to have done the proper research to get into graduate school, or have some decent job experience to get a non-slave working job.

No, it'll just give you a fancy title. You only become succesful if you actually do something with your life. If you for example finish with a phd and then start selling drugs, you won't be successful, at least not very long.

no, you still need to work hard and prove yourself.. nobody is entitled to high wages.. you have to earn it..
