No it is not legal, and its trespassing.

So, you are in for a heafty battle. There are privacy rights, and your land lord can be liable if he is in on it.

Good luck. DO you have hard evidence of this? you will need concrete. LIke pictures... Make sure you have them..

Weather you rent or own your home no one can it is an invasion of privacy like phone tapping.
The owner can come on the property when they please but cannot inter the home with out notifying you first

Hope your attorney gets back soon till then keep it calm in your house...not that your doing anything just mean in words and actions ..... Hell buy some very cheap sheets and cover the floor duck tape it to the floor cant see you then but may hear you I'd get another phone it may be cheap one till all is cleared up

corrupt police you sure your not in new orleans
Whats it all coming to you can't even have privacy in your home

You have two trolls under your house? You don't need the police or any attorney. You need an exterminator and a psychiatrist.

if you rent the property then yes its legal, if you own but have been suspected of criminal activity yes its legal.

there is a limit though of only 4 trolls per home. as they can get noisy at night

if they are on the property you rent, remove them, no one has the right to trespass on your property. also unless he's a cop and on an investigation, no one should be able to infringe on your rights. definitely contact your lawyer, neighborhood watch sounds like someone who wanted to be cop, but too much an @ss hole
