Can any one suggest a good routine i can do to gain some serious mass mainly using dumbells but splitting the routine 2 days of weights and 2 days cardio, Or any good webites which could suggest some? Cheers guys any one with silly answers will be abused. Keep the silliness until after lunch not long now.

Monday - Chest & Back (Heavy)
Tuesday - Arms & Shoulders (Heavy)
Wedsenday - Cardio (3 Miles Treadmill, 60 mins Ellipitical)
Thursday - Chest & Back (Moderate to light)
Friday - Arms & Shoulders (Light) 75 Mins Elipitical

At the end of every workout I throw in 100 crunches and do a 5 min light walk on treadmill..

I've been doing this for years...And I'm happy with it.

Get one of the Joe Weider mags, they have every routine you could think of
