yes...it is. it may not seem so, but it is. you can meet people from all walks of life here, get out there and mingle. have friends introduce you to friends who can introduce you to friends. you'll be surprised how quickly you'll get the feel of dating again. good luck! hope you find that certain someone!

Of course it is possible. I am 41 and I came out of a pretty bad marriage a few years ago and thought I just didn't want the hassle of falling in love again just for things to go so wrong, and I had problems with trust. I took some time for myself, worked on my own issues and went forward with a positive attitude of being the best I could be and knowing love is out there for everyone. I now am in love again and it is so wonderful. We tend to forget how good it feels. Go out there and live life and open your heart and love will find u again.

I'm Only 38, and at this age i have asked myself the same question.
If i should love again...
I have given it another try.. and i feel even if i was 48 i would say the same thing... give it another go.. Its all in the quest for learning what love is.
And hopefully finding the person that will fit with me.
Take the plunge.. But always keep yourself safe .

in love again ,,feels just like starting over ,,,,at any age its amazing to be in love for real ,,again ,, like your a kid and its your 1st time being in love ,,,its the same at 42 or your case 48 as it was the first time ,,,your whole world is new ,,,i couldn't believe it myself ,,,paul mcartny wrote a song although his troubles are not so far away now ,,,,,we are still very much in love only smarter and know how to keep it fresh ,,,she went threw the same thing what the hell is happening to me ,,,we talked about it since look back and know it was real,,,, falling in love ,,,,we are very happy

You bet ! Not only is it possible but it will make you feel like a teenager again....I have so much more fun now ....being with and around the opposite sex than I ever did when I was younger.

There is no age limit on love.
My grandfather found love again at 65 years old, she was 68, they married when he was 70 years old.
