won't it be better to have shiny legendary pokemon since theres only one in the game?

what i meant was something like a confirm shiny legendary pokemon, like everytime we for example, fight against mewtwo, it will always be shiny

If they where all special, than none of them will be.
If you are crazy enough to do so, just save the game before you fight, begin fight, if not shiny, restart game. Repeat. and Repeat........and repeat. I once koed a shiny nidoran be fore I new what it was.

They do have shiny Pokemon in the game, but they're VERY rare, I think the odds were 10,000 to one or something. I caught a shiny kakuna in crystal and the Red gyarados in crystal is a shiny too...

What do you mean? I caught a shiny white suicune, a purple ditto, and a blue electrode in crystal
