First you must to do BBA (Bachelors in Business Administration) and MBA in SCM That is Master in Business Administration subject of Supply chain management will improve your status totally you must spend about five years. Other wise another method you can follow BBA with PGDBA (PG Diploma in Business Administration) with Supply Chain Management. For this 3 to 4 years would enough if you apply now you can earn one year that means you can be professional in 2 years don't waste time. Apply quickly and all the best my friend.

Your status at present is Procurement Officer. Your jump in this cadre depends upon the structure of your company or workplace where you are employed. I am of the opinion as you are not degree holder, you can only climb the ladder upto the Chief Procurement Officer if your company structure allows this status in the present set up. As regards your educational qualification, it is mentioned that you should improve your qualification so there is not hold up on this account. Good Luck.
