It is not necessary to install all the four speakers in Wagon r . 2 speakers at the back (Sony 3way or 4 way speakers with in built tweeters) are sufficient to have music heard in your ears.
But to get the satisfying sound in Maruti Wagon R four speakers are a must.Reason being it's tall stance means its taller and have more volume for Head-space and thus rear speakers sound doesn't get bounced easily until and unless u keep the volume high. Also for front speakers DONT get the tweeters installed, They are very annoying specially when song with low bass and high pitch is played. To get the 3D effect and get low notes picked up in-spite of Road noise in the running car four speakers are necessary. Also with front speakers installed rear passengers doesn't complain about loud volume.... So go for four if u can afford and go for Sony 3or 4way speaker. Approximate cost (in Grey market ) is 4000-6000 and with warranty 8000 (approx)

If you're only gonna use it for 4-8 kms a day you can go for a petrol car unless you're a bit too worried about the rising fuel prices. Buying a diesel only makes sense if you plan to use it for at least 30kms a day because you'll be paying a lot more for a diesel engine. Here are your options - Petrol Hatchbacks WagonR LPG Ford Figo VW Polo Alto K10 Suzuki Ritz I didn't Include Chevorlet Beat since the car feels really underpowered when the ac is on. and not really spacy and the Toyota Etios LIva since the current state of Japan's crisis. The WagonR would be my top choice since it is really reliable, spacious and you can find service centers anywhere in India and even though Suzuki's also affected by Japan crisis there shouldn't be any major malfunction with the car for a long time. The ford Figo is my second choice, small, good looking and cheap. And pretty reliable from what i've heard. Then there's the Alto. Although its got outdated looks it is stiill a pretty good car with good gas mileage and i think it also comes with an LPG.. I'm not entirely sure. Then there's the even more powerful Alto K10 which is more spacious than the regular alto. Oh yea almost forgot Polo is a really good car too.. As for Diesel Hatchbacks Just a bit over 4.5lks u get the ford Figo. Good car a bit underpowered. Don't go for TATA Indica.. It's cheap to buy but will burn your pockets with regular maintenance. The rest is out of your price range!

Normer mid range speakers are located in the front and heavy bass speakers are located at the back. It's your choice if you want to compromise which kind of sound quality. I would prefer all 4 speakers to have a great sound. I have no clue about India prices, but you should get a good one by paying close to $100.

You need 2 tweeters and 2 midrange or woofers (or ideally both) if you want any good sound. So you need 4 speakers. The tweeters btw are small cylinders fitted to your A-pillar, and they stare you in the face as you drive..

After all these years of making cars, you'd think they would have figured out a more proper location for those tweeters.
