Pond's cold cream is THE best. It's inexpensive and very dependable. It's versatile. Available everywhere. It removes all kinds of makeup, even eye makeup without any irritation. All you need is some face tissues and cotton swabs. One thing, if you have oily skin, wash your face with your normal face cleanser afterwards.

Shu Uemura cleansing oil is great. It removes everything, including mascara. It should be available in Singapore. But I can't remember the price.

Olive oil makes a great eye makeup remover. Just dab a bit on a cotton ball or tissue and wipe away.

HI!
I don't know whether you can get Mary Kay over there, but the have something called the 3-in-one cleanser. I use it all over my face.
It cleanses, gently exfoliates and tones all in one go.
If you wold like more info on it, please e-mail me at saintshar@hotmail.com

Try SK-II cleansing oil. Great stuff but quite pricey though.

If you can get to it, Lancome makes the best-'Bifacial'. If not, water first, then use cotton balls and a natural lotion to take it off.
