True happiness for me is some what of a process, right now my life is going to change quite drastically, I'm starting college next year and moving away from home. I don't know if I'd consider myself truly happy right now, but I do think I'm well on my way to finding it in the next few years.

My idea of true happiness would be to feel good all the time.

Some of the prerequisites for me to feel good are these:
1) Freedom
2) Finding and overcoming challenges
3) Continual intellectual and personal growth
4) Having friends and a partner that I respect and fully enjoy being with.

True happiness is being fed ice cream by a beutiful girl. HA!! But really, I believe you have to give to receive. Be of service to someone or a group (something simple) add a spark in their day and things will come to (not just physical) that will fulfill and enrich your life.
