what ever happened to dungaree jeans?

I think they may have been called dungarees in the mid west and farm country. Around here they have always been called Jeans, since who knows when. I remember in the 60's that was the normal dress, and remember that's all I used to wear. They were heavy duty, did not show the dirt, and lasted a long time. They were warm. and not expensive like some of them are now. I remember my brothers growing up wearing 501's.

It is sleeping beauty....All of a suddden it will wake up and you will see everyone with it.
