"I'll never love anyone the way I love you"...or if you're less involved, "You're the most beautiful thing I've ever seen". Most girls like it when you compliment their looks, at whatever stage the relationship.
I'd avoid saying anything like "You're the only thing I need", because then you look desperate or like a loser, like you have nothing else in your life, so the girl might freak out and leave!

Once when my parter and I were on the beach looking out at the Ocean, I asked him how much he loved me. So he put his thumb and finger about a millimetre apart and said, this much. I told him that was mean and he said, 'no it isn't, if you look through the gap between my thumb and finger, you can see the entire ocean, it goes on forever'. I thought that was really romantic lol. Romantic thing a guy can say to his gal is "I love you"
keep saying this sincerely, and be honest in your expression, girls will like it.
Tell her honestly what you like in her.
For example, i told once to her, that I like her smell.
Its very true, and spontaneous. She melted like a Ice cream after hearing this.
Be honest and express what you feel.
