I am 48, married, have g good sexual relationship ...etc. I think and fantasize about sex for up to 10 times a day. Is this sickness? how about rating sex as no.1 in life?

I'm not an expert, but I don't think your abnormal. I'm married and have a great relationship, and I think about sex as much as you do. I wouldn't go so far as to say it is my number 1 rated thing in life. But it's in the top 5. I think your pretty much in the normal band on this topic.

According to studies of normal average men, you are perfectly normal. Don't discuss it with people, most men don't.

As far as sex as your top emotional need, that is quite common among men as well. It is an EMOTIONAL NEED. A valid one. Some women rate it their top emotional need as well, though some women cannot understand that is truly a valid emotional need.

See the site below for more information, even if you aren't married.

Its the other way round. If you don't think about sex then may be you are under depression and need to consult a psychiatrist.
