we have been trying for two years keep trying? take folic acid for you this helps you and the baby when they come along dont give up, try to have sex 12 days from the first day of your period, get yourself an ovulation calender (there are loads of free ones on the internet) if after 12 months and you still havent conceived make an appointment to see your doc who will do some digging about
Good Luck,

If your husband has more than 50 million/cc of sperms in the ejaculate and if you ovulate regularly, then have sexual intercourse on 14 th day before the onset of next menstruation. This is the most probable day when you would ovulate.Let all the seminal fluid retain within you. For this adopt a method during coitus which ensures this. You can have coitus two days and after the suggested day.Your likelihood of getting pregnant will be optimum.

The real question is how long u been trying for?
I mean we were trying for 3 months then were told that I had a tilted womb....It took me 3 years to have my first...
If it's not been too long try the book 'Trying to concieve' on Amazon and use www.mymonthlycycles.com to calculate your ovulation dates

honey, let nature take its course. If your trying so hard and its not happening its because your trying to hard. Relax!!!!
When its time for you to be pregnant it will happen. Just be patient. I know its a dissapointment when it doesn't happen, but just remember, there is a reason for everything. Maybe its just not time for you yet.

Just see how days long is your cycle. Ex mine is 34-36 days. Try to have sex in the middle of these days. It worked for me.. As I conceived in the exact day I was in the middle of my cycle. However goodluck keep on trying one day I'm sure you'll have a wonderful baby :)

Get your partner to take suppplements as well - something containing at least the RDA of zinc and give him folic acid supplements too. Zinc and folic acid supplements have been shown to increase the viability of sperm by 70%!
