I sometimes complain, but I try and refrain from sending food back, because in truth, when you send food back, the waiters usually aren't pleased that you did so and will do something to your food, ie. spit in it, etc...

call the waiter over and factor out courteously and quietly the topic. Ask for a alternative. remember the waiter isn't at fault, so be constructive to no longer blame them. If no longer getting any satisfaction then ask for the chief and do an analogous factor returned. Being polite and discrete is going a protracted way in getting what you go with. I particularly have performed this quite a few cases without undertaking.

I complain but will not send it back. I get a manager and tell them I am not satisfied. Never know what they wil put in your food if you do.
