If they want to look like idiots attacking a cartoon, more power to them! While they're at it they should go after that movie Babe about the pig from a few years back, that could hurt the pork industry right? And remember all the gay kids shows like Teletubbies and SpongeBob. Obviously the conservatives take their cartoons very seriously.
Here's a thought - we should give them a Cartoon Version of the Constitution, maybe then they would get it!!!

It does boggle the mind.
However, seeing as "Happy Feet" reaked in 100 million and counting, it doesn't seem like the American public shares their views.
I don't know why some responders here are bringing up free speech. The question doesn't suggest that these folks don't have a right to state their views, or should be silenced - just that the questioner thinks their views are wrong-headed.

Well since the electorate has thrown them out on their butts, no, they have nothing better to do. Remember this is the group that said Teletubbies and Sponge Bob were secretly instilling gay thought into our kids. Jeez...

hey those penguins were dancing in anti fisherman style, denouncing global warming when they jumped into the water!!!!
theres just not enough drama in the world today so dramatic media personalities are grasping at straws to get thier ratings up.
and besides, everyone knows penguins are green party!!

And the movie "Dr. Strangelove, or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb," was not a movie with a political agenda, either. It was just a comedy about global thermonuclear war. That's all it was. Don't read anything into it of a political nature. It was merely a comedy.

I think it is better than a certain left leaning party verbally attacking our troops and calling them stupid!!!! But you have to take the good with the bad when it comes to freedom of speech!!!!

You are making their point very well. Your hatemongering and flagrant intolerance of the views of others is typical of the leftist extremist liberals. They are entitled to speak their mind. Unlike what liberals preach, tolerance applies to all points of view, not just the ones you happen to agree with.
