like i have the beats but i want to make some bckgrund music for it

there are tons of trackers out there that can automate the task for you.

Propellarhead software
Modtracker
Fasttracker
Cubase

just look up music trackers

music is whatever sounds good to you. Practice and improvise until you end up with a product that you like.
