Honestly the first thing i think will always be something physical cuz i mean you see before you hear right in this case, and thats just a fact of life, so i would say the first thing i always notice first about a guy that i find attractive is their eyes and then maybe their hair if they´ve got some cool hairstyle, but you know believe it or not, most of the time, unless im like shocked with how good lookin a guy is, i wont really pay much attention to their physique, i just dont...but what will get my attention immidiately is their humour. If they are funny, then i will notice them and since you´re still askin about the first thing i notice, its just their "way", if that makes any sense...like whether they are laid-back, goofing around, serious or whatever.
Hehe..im guessing thats probably not the answer you were looking for...but i was just being honest, so i hope my answer is of some help. =)

physically? in general... everything, hair skin, height build. but upon second look arms. i like nice arms. then a sense of humor. that is the most attractive thing someone can have. smile, eyes, teeth.
