pulsar 180 cc no doubts
you get a 2004 model around 30k which will give you 30 +mil after modification

if you want a good mileage and even a good model you can modify bajaj pulsar 150 or 180 cc it will be nice

obviously pulsar 150cc (and mind u not dtsi) is best for modfication. but production of pulsar 150cc stopped. u have to get second hand.
