Why do you ask such a silly question?
I have the time to comment on it, so I will.
I speak only English, but know "I love you"
in Spanish - Te Amo
in Italian - Ti amo
in French - je vous aime
in German - Ich liebe dich,
AND it means the same thing in each language.
I am quite sure YOU know exactly "what is meaning i love u"!

It means different things to different people. Romantic love is a physical attraction combined with the desire to continue the relationship toward a life long commitment. Once the romance is firmly rooted in the mating couples minds the mental aspects of the relationship are worked out. What I mean is that the lovers tend to try to understand how the other one thinks. From my experience when this happens hormones are released thus complicating the experience. At least this is my version of unconditional love. Now, the "I love you" that most children hear before they go to bed at night or the kind of affection administered toward our pets is basically saying that you are very important to the person showing their affection. Sometimes love isn't even shown in words, the mere expression of happiness reinforces the release of love. People that know each other real well do this and if we hear the "I love you" phrase too much we end to think somebody is handing us B.S. or they want something, with this said the words should be given the utmost level of respect.

love means affection between two persons which should be a true one. Not to play with it. It is gift given by the nature to those who have a similar feelings towards others & who has a romantic and lovable mind to know each other and love each ones. It should not be a time pass.

What is love? Is it when two people say they are boyfriend and girlfriend? Or is it when you just like someone? Maybe its when you have a big crush on someone? Or could it be when two people see each other all the time? Or only when they run into each other?Is it when a guy and girl show affection such as kiss, hug, or even hold hands? Can you tell me what love is? Cause I have no idea!

It's a feeling that can't be discribed or fully expressed with words but since we have a need to tell people how we feel about them, we gave it a name (love). Another popular question is "How will I know when I am in love" and the answer is....you'll just know. I hated that answer too until I fell in love, I never understood that answer but now I do.
