A lot of Pasta or rice with lean meats like fish or chicken. Eggs. Lots of vegetables and fruit (especially leafy greens and bananas). Very little or no dairy, sweets, or carbonated beverages. A daily multi vitamin.

High in protien diet is like totaly the new thang.... i mean hello!!! you need to be buffed if you wanna be an athlete... unless your like so into chess and checkers... coz' if your like into those your like not leagaly an athlete... but nevertheless zinc diet is the thang fror you if your into chess...
