natural scrub for my face?

natural scrubs to remove white n black heads, 4m my skin, specially face,suggest any home made scrubs only please

Mix 3 teaspoons fine oatmeal with 3 teaspoons double or heavy cream. Apply to skin and rub lightly; rinse off.

Mix 3 tablespoons finely ground oatmeal with 2 tablespoons almond oil. Scrub all over lightly, then rinse.

mix sea salt n coconut oil n make a paste . scrub over n rinse wid warm water den apply yougurt 4 sum time n rise again
