i have recently installed norton antivirus provided by yahoo and ever since i downloaded that im not able to use my voice chat and webcam facilities...it says im behind a fire wall...now how can i change these settings....plz help me !!!

There may two problems...
1. Check the settings of the Norton Anti-spyware provided by yahoo... if it has any setting that says "firewall enabled", then disable it.
2. Go the the Control Panel, and then to Windows Firewall( switch to the Classic View if using XP ). Then disable the firewall while using the chat program.
(3.) You may try using Yahoo messenger for chatting ... maybe the Firewall will allow it( after all the firewall was enable by yahoo!! ;-) )

the faster was to do this is to set your firewall down... but its not safe... so go to Norton and look for options... then Internet worm protection and go to program control... it list all the programs installed in your PC that can access the Internet safely... add the program with voice chat (yahoo or msn etc..) and your done.
