When is a safe time to have sex without getting preg and not using contraceptives??? (And light dawns on marble head!!)
You can get pregnant at anytime during the month, however if you have a 28 day cycle your most fertile days are around the 14th day after your last period. You least fertile days are the days you are on your period. Best bet? Don't have unprotected sex.

It is all regulated by the ovulation date.If the menstruation period is regular,count about 10 days back from the start .
This 10 days period is the fertile time,you could use to either conceive or to avoid pregnancies.
Generally it is still like shooting dices,if you dont'want to conceive,use a condom or abstain.

Ask the millions of unwed mothers out there if there's a safe period. Don't risk it. Besides, it's better with condoms.
